There was dog’s urine in the elevator (hope is from a dog and not a human), and the gym is a joke. Also there are a lot of trash around the property (bottles and etc), which says a lot about neighbours. I wasted my time visiting it, and hope you have one more data point so avoiding waste yours.

I lived at Belmont Terrace for a year and loved my experience there. Endri, the leasing agent is lovely and always willing to help in whatever ways he can. The maintenance team is very responsive, the units are large and the community is friendly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
