Lauren was amazing she has the best customer service and awesome personality. Lakeview at Westpark is beautiful and has nice amenities.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! This place will do everything in their power to take your money and won’t take responsibility for anything within their complex. Constant car break ins, constant issues with the apartment. The office staff is rude and won’t help you. Beware.

Moved in April 2021. Pool has been closed a majority of the time. We have amenities we are unable to use. We pay good money to live here yet the pool and fitness center are only open during office hour. I would hope everyone is at work during office hours. I definitely am. The amenities are useless.

The Gilded Age of apartments. What I mean by this is that this complex might look nice on the surface, but once you sign your name and get situated in your apartment, you will realize that it is actually a very horrible place to live in. This complex has showed us the effects of management that has failed at every single stage. From failing to effectively fix basic utilities in a timely manner, to being unwilling to address unruly neighbors for months, to never fulfilling any upgrade requests for the fridge and stove that are an entire generation old, to letting teens smoke in the mailroom, living here was nothing short of an absolute disgrace and I am so happy and relieved to be out of there for good. They even stole my deposit despite leaving the apartment better than it was when I moved in (it was NOT move-in ready), but at this point I don’t even care anymore. Living anywhere but here is more than enough reward for me. Avoid the lease-long headache and just search elsewhere. This horrible chapter in my life is behind me now. Never, ever again.

They have some program they use to guarantee your rent or something but it increases your rent and it basically puts you in a bigger bind. Call and ask what it’s called then google it and decide if it’s worth it.
It depends on the floorplan and if you want a fully renovated unit which includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They start at $1195 and go up to $1450. You can find out more details at our website at www.thelakeviewapartments.com.
No I am sorry, we do not.
