Edit: I posted this 4 months ago and the situation is still not resolved. I have contacted both the leasing office and Blue Magma and neither are returning my phone calls. Again, I will not be paying rent when our lease was already up. I have provided emails confirming our move out date. I lived here a year ago and moved out during the freeze. This was when management switched. For some reason, this new management company decided to charge us for rent we have already paid. I have provided proof that we paid our last months rent and they will still not clear the payment. I have been trying to get this resolved for months and the leasing office keeps saying out file is in review. I have left messages with no calls back. My husband has gone in multiple times to talk to them and we have to provide the same proof over and over again with nothing being done to resolve the issue. We will not pay for something that has already been paid for. Do not move here. Regarding things that happened while we still lived there, roaches were everywhere. Our ceiling had a leak in it for a month before maintenance decided to fix the leak but for some reason decided not to fix the hole that it left. Old management was horrible and from what I’ve experienced with new management, it doesn’t seem to be any better.

Please not move in new apt. They wanted to your money before you move in there. I did request for maintenance many time. They won’t show up to my old apt. That why I refuse paid til they have to repair. the place have a dirty right there. The management is lousy! They scamming you. That why I refuse paid full of my lease. They still charge on me too much. I cannot afford $12k. The manager want to half pay twice time. They refuse help for planning payment.

I came by during a busy period, however was provided exceptional customer srvice! I was immediately greeted by leasing agent Jonta who was both professional and personable. She had great knowledge of the the property and the surrounding areas. She was able to give me insight on the nearby school districts, restaurants, and things to do. I had many questions, which were all answered. I did not feel rushed in and out like how I have often experienced with other leasing offices. I left feeling reassured that I can make Cumberland Apartments a new living space for me and my children. Hoping to be in next month (:

Rent Payment were in a lease to pay 759 monthly...Every month the rent is a different INCREASE...Trash is ALWAYS all over the place, The staff ignores service requests, the female African American office staff is ALWAYS rude & has no CSR ethics. They give you the run arounds on everything/all things questioned? Was very excited about having a place to live considering moving to another state but soon after realized it was a horrible choice...#Good Luck to anyone considering the move & Im so sorry in advance!!! ☹️
