Rent Payment were in a lease to pay 759 monthly...Every month the rent is a different INCREASE...Trash is ALWAYS all over the place, The staff ignores service requests, the female African American office staff is ALWAYS rude & has no CSR ethics. They give you the run arounds on everything/all things questioned? Was very excited about having a place to live considering moving to another state but soon after realized it was a horrible choice...#Good Luck to anyone considering the move & Im so sorry in advance!!! ☹️

My God sooooo disappointed with this apt complex just moved in a little over a month ago and I'm regretting it already my daughter cought some kind a rash,, they never answer the phone,,my apt needs to be fixed and every time I go they act surprised talking about how come noby has been up there to fix your apt??? And I'm like wth...same thing I wanna know....when I moved in I gave them my mail box key because it don't work on my mail box so they said they'll give me a new one... guess what??? Yup still waiting smdh for real....it's sad when some people don't care about other peoples needs specially when that's your job.....already search the number to Houston apartment association and the news channel number and believe me I'm about to call this people and complain about this place and every single bad thing about this place don't think it's fair to live like this on top of that they got people living here that smoke pot in the middle of the courtyard....I can go on and on all day..

Whenever you need something fixed email them that way you will have a paper trail you'll have your receipts and take pictures of the problems and send it with the email. I learned a long time ago if its not documented then it didn't. Happen. That way you can report them to the tenants council. Good luck. Remember document document.

Why do they have a sign under new management y’all have been here for months now and the place has gotten worse since the change of management. When paying ur rent keep a receipt and take a picture of u handing it in. They will claim they never have gotten your rent. This has happened to multiple ppl. Please keep your money please!!!!
