So disappointed..my boyfriend mom moved in last year and I liked her apt.. she was only paying $940.. I moved in mine in may of this year and rent went up to $1080 .. same apt floorplan she was in.. the internet barely works, several work orders still pending, so many guys outside all day .. all night on top of all that , me having to pay for washer and dryer when my dude mom apt came with hers.. I do feel like i wasn't treated fair, but I will continue to pay my rent as I have till my lease up. UPDATE: I AM STILL HERE AND NOW PAYING 1450 AFTER JUST RENEWING A 6 MONTH LEASE AND NOW THE WEBSITE DOWN. NEVER BEEN LATE PAYING RENT EVER AND CANT GET NOBODY TO ANSWER THE PHONE SO I CAN PAY. I TELL U WHAT ! Update: Just want to know why your staff never answers the phone? I think its absolutely insane that the communication is never there. Its almost impossible to reach your staff... no working website.. come on...make it make sense

I think they SUCK, I'm glad I don't live there, my grandson do & since he moved into a new apartment after a rat infestation (after Harvey) from old apt, my grandson has had constant respiratory problems, caused, probably from the mold on floor & cushion under carpet because there's an underlying oder in that apartment
You will LITERALLY have to go in to talk to them. You will have better luck hitting the lottery...Thats a constant complaint

It's OK.. BUT apt mgmt needs to be AS aggressive about fixing their units as they are collecting rent & late fees & especially being available during emergency situation such as the one we just had!!!!
