Of course it would be illegal if they didn't. The rent will go by what your income is. I would suggest talking to some of the tenants before you sign your lease on some of the rules about cleaning like under your fridge and under your range top and also take picture of your apartment before you move in and any repairs have them done before you move in trust me on that one. Other than service animals no pets allowed. There is a washer and dryer area on site but some don't always work they outsource the machines so the property does not own them or responsible for loss or damages. There is no washer and dryer hookup in the units. No grills are allowed not even during ice storm however there is a public one at the playground you can share with others. They do have a problem keeping a site manager after Rosa James left so most of the time the Regional Manger whoever is assigned to the property is in to pick up the rent that you put in a slot and renewing your lease can be done that way
