It should be more well know how amazing and knowledgeable their staff is. It has been a very long time since I've encountered a non commissioned employee be so knowledgeable about the product they sell. Bianca is amazing. She answered every question and has helpful recommendations on the products. I will never buy these products online only in person simply because Bianca is worth every minute of her expertise.

I just called this store at 8:45pm to find out where they were located in the mall. A lady answered the phone I asked her where they were located and she proceeds to state that they were closed and HUNG UP THE TELEPHONE. Usually when a store is closed THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ....All I wanted to know was where they were located I was not planning on going to the store!!! Rude Employee!!!

Had a great experience here with Melinda today! It was my first time trying Lush products, and Melinda went out of her way to explain the benefits of different items (while also ensuring I left with samples for the products I was most interested in). The store was also very clean and spacious. Thanks for a great visit!
