Stays open later than most post offices! Very blunt but super nice staff. I asked for express international shipping and Barry confessed it was not guaranteed to get there in time. I appreciated the honesty and the casualness, as government offices usually make me anxious! If I didn't live so far, I would come here again for sure.

They have horrible customer service especially the middle aged woman who was working in 6/14 at 5:20am. She was rude to to the guest before me and me as well. Horrible experience

The worst experience ever! We came to get our daughter passport done, as she was a minor both parents took days off, and had to take daughter out of school. The website says walking are allowed. She just says sorry the website is incorrect and fix an appointment before coming in! So we need to take another day off and pull her out from School again, and it’s finals now. We had to all the main office and then they gave us an appointment after 2 hrs!!! Worst customer service!!! The lady who works with passports didn’t want to even talk to us. 0 stars for customer service.

Yes you can. They open Sunday from 12pm-4pm so better to come in early.
If you’re looking to get your passport renewed, you don’t need an appointment. You just need to fill out the DS-82 form and bring it to them with the proper documentation. If you’re applying for a passport, though, you do need to make an appointment. This is because it takes longer for them to process and mail the DS-11 form.

I'm not sure if there's more to your question, but yes, you can make passports at Roosevelt Field Mall. That's where my passport was done. And you can get it done on almost any day that they are opened
