I live here currently. I have been here since November of 2020. I have been going through a divorce and was homeless for the last 2 years. All while keeping my job and being with my kids at night while my soon to be ex husband was at work. I didnt want my kids unstable and homeless with me but i was cleaning my ex's (for my kids) then leaving to sleep in my car. Struggling with not many options..... There is not as many resources to qualify for when you are married. Even separated. And I refused to go in front of a judge or speak of custody while I was homeless. My husband had already taken so much from me...... At some point I had went to Unph.org and got on every waiting list possible, and did the same on every resource I could find. I am not on Social security. Or disability, etc. Obviously, no help from hubby. I was right where he wanted me & always had me-- stuck!!! The management at Riverwood are awesome! They worked with me. Helped me do what it took to make sure I could qualify. Worked with me on my deposit. I am so thankful for the chance they have given me. The grounds are well kept. Its the most spacious 2 bedroom I had seen in all my searching when I had a Supportive Housing Voucher through Housing Connect that ended up expiring 6 months earlier-- (because even though my credit wasn't really an issue, every where wanted a co-signer that made 3-5 times the amount of rent. & after $300.00 I wasted in application fees, & various heart aches later, was back to less than zero & stuck between a rock, a hard place, and my own personal hell...) Riverwood Cove has quarterly inspections where the spray your apartment for pests. (Not that I have seen any- hence the quarterly inspections.) They are the nicest looking inside and out low income based apartments I know of. Great management and maintenance. Neighbors all keep to themselves. No riff raff. Oh! No bbq's allowed though. You cant even store in your apartment. I can understand why. And all the trees house the most & fattest squirrels I have ever seen ever!! They are spoiled! I would have to say Riverwood rocks!! And personally, saved me- a real blessing for me and my boys. Thanks

A nice place, the apartments are well maintained frequently, they fumigate often but the truth is then they rent to certain types of people who, as people, leave much to be desired, they should pay more attention to those who rent to check the history of the people. for the tranquility and security of those who come there
