They have a great selection and being a contractor it can be nice rather than dealing with the bad return policies on tile to specialty shops. However I put in order in the night before and come in at 130pm the next day and they have not even attempted to get my order. I hurt my back recently and tried to stop in quick on a Sunday and I truly feel that the team could have cared less about my time or needs. I got the entire order myself and then they wasted EVEN more of my time at checkout after I asked them to cancel my order by editing my order to make it look like they did their job. Very very disappointed in whomever leads the team at this store. They need to be retrained as the store appeared fairly empty when I was in. Wow.

The WORST customer service! Nobody to help. They get bugged when you ask for help. Nobody knows ANYTHING. If they didn't have a good selection, I doubt people would put up with it.
