Good selection. Friendly and fast people in the empty returns area. Used to refill growlers for great price, unless I missed something the taps are idle, or I'd add a 5th star

Yes. 1 person at a time is allowed in. You must have a mask on and be prepared to wait in a line to get in. Wait time varies but I've waited an hour.
