Great place, good environment, even better coaching. Can’t say enough good things.

I would give this place ten stars if I could. The owner is a fantastic person. He is very jolly, polite and with lots of class. He’s great with dealing with the public. He’s professional to potential customers. Don’t walk in with a chip on your shoulder; this academy is for those who are passionate about the gentle arts. Customers are advised to ease up and embrace the heel hook. We welcome all people that are considering training at this academy. There are other academies that will profit from your loss; this one strives to make you a winner. I wish you well dudes: signed an actual consumer.

I've trained at ITC for over 15 years. The coaches and students are top notch and not once in all those years have I ever felt disrespected in any way. We are not playing patty cake and even when it gets intense we are all about mutual benefit and respect. After the round ends we bow, shake hands and respect each other.

My ITC peers and Coach Quinn have been so welcoming and supportive on the mats. I feel like I’ve made such a great investment in myself by deciding to learn Bjj, I highly recommend ITC to everyone looking for a safe space to learn and grow confident in themselves and their abilities. Expect high level instruction, great fitness and to leave everything on the mats. Have fun!

To expand on what Elvir said, just come into to gym when it's open and speak with Sensei Greg, who is the owner and will most likely be at the front desk. (unless he's teaching a class). The first class will be a try out and free for you.
