This place and staff is absolutely ridiculous. The staff is rude particularly Ms. Lee and her supervisor Brian cannot even be bothered to show up to explain the situation. He should absolutely be fired as he doesn't understand customer service. I went to shop duty free at terminal 4 at JFK and if you are not servicing my flight, then why not put a sign somewhere. Why make me shop around and wait behind other customers to be done that they are not servicing my flight. What a freaking waste of my time. Change the staff and get better signs. Be informative. Do better Duty Free.

Brian the manager needs to be fired. Doesn't show up to the actual store and says you cannot purchase duty free ONE HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE. LAZY.

I tried to buy alcohol on my way to the Netherlands and they said they don’t support selling alcohol to people on that flight. When I asked what that meant they shooed me away. Awful service at two different locations in the same terminal.
