I lived here a while ago back when the earthquake in utah happened, I have pictures and video of big cracks due to the earthquake damage inside the apartments and in main structures, they just fixed it cosmetically, I would not trust the safety of this place as a building, specially after seeing the structural damage this place has. Also these apartments are overpriced fr being in Rose Park.

I love living here! I’ve loved living here for the past 7months, GG is an amazing manager here at the leasing office! The Apartments are nice and they always take care of whatever we need in our apartment! I recommend living here 100%.

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it the management is amazing. As long as I communicate with them daily when rent is coming due they are lenient and very understanding and work out payments with me and have outstanding hospitality and customer service I would definitely renew my lease for several more years as they have been the best apartments I’ve ever lived at just because management i is easy to work with and are always understanding in rough times and supportive and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone . Kid and pet friendly ! The management is seriously outstanding. And they meet all the tenants needs! District north is the best

District North has been my home for nearly two years. I love my apartment. The neighbors are respectful. I love GG! She always handles any concern or need I have promptly and efficiently. I really feel at home here.
