There's definitely something wrong. Infection, parasites, heartworm, cancer, tumors, reaction to food or something the dog ate.. could be anything! Call a vet immediately
Go to the vet right away. Could be a parasite or just a belly ache.
Take it to the vets office directly to be examined and diagnosed!
