This review is about the cutest lady named Polly. She is the sweetest lady! I went last year in 2021 for my sons physical check for VPK & she has a special care for children. She was gentle, kind and super through with my child in what she was doing. Like checking their weight, blood pressure, height & eye sight. She put them at ease & they would smile & laugh. I came again just this month (2022) for my other son who will also be enrolling for VPK & it is no surprise that she was the same exact way with my 2nd child. She is the most adorable lady you will ever meet & she finished off the appointment with stickers! My kids favorite. Thank you for your love & care in this line of work that you do. But generally speaking the staff/employees that work there that I’ve encountered are all nice. From the lady at the front desk who takes the co pay to Polly, to even the dr. Himself. Very wonderful clinic! I recommend this facility & I will keep coming & again & again. :)

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I've had bad experiences with medical professionals in the past and always expect the worst, but Dr. Ramos was so understanding, informative, and kind. He told me exactly what I could expect and was very patient with me when we figured out that I needed to go through worker's comp, which is a whole different beast. He even reassured me and made things lighthearted as he saw me getting nervous. His care and professionalism were very much appreciated. The only advice I have about coming here is to call a couple hours in advance and secure a spot in line, because it will take a while to get seen.

I have always gone to Physical Therapy at BCHC. They are the best. Kelly & Val always do their best to accommodate you regarding future appts. All of the therapist are excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs Physical Therapy!

Very easy to make an online appointment and received follow up notification promptly. Check-in and examination room assignment was relatively quick. The medical staff was thorough and very professional. Overall experience was excellent.

Yes. You can be seen in the urgent care and be tested for COVID-19. We have a SMARTLINE that you can join on the website and we will text you when it is time to be seen.

We do have a Pain Group in the building available to see patients and perform procedures. They can be reached at (239) 495-4395.
We do have a therapist specializing in vertigo and all of the therapists are experienced with balance and vertigo issues.
Bonita Community Health Center has a full radiology department to include MRI's, CT's, Ultrasound's, X-ray's, Mammogram's, and Bone Density.
Bonita Community Health Center's Urgent Care SmartLine allows you to join the urgent care line 1 hour before opening. On Sundays the center opens at 8am so you can get in line starting at 7am.
We see patients of all ages in the Urgent Care.
