I enjoy going to this Smash Fitness in Bonita Springs. Got all the right equipment and as an added benefit they have a Muay Thai bag and boxing bag. I train Muay Thai and love that they have the bag there for some extra fitness and practice when I'm not in the MMA gym. All the staff and other attendees seem friendly, too.

Best gym I’ve been to since my old World gym days 15yrs ago. If I could design a gym this would be it. So much unique equipment and duplicates of equipment so even if it’s busy you can still find what you need and get in a great workout. I will gladly drive out of my way and pay a little more to go to Smash.

THE BEST gym in the area if you're serious about bodybuilding/health and fitness. Be advised, a good portion of the people who attend to this gym compete, so if you're intimidated by that sort of thing, probably not the best gym for you. Also has a 24/hr side. The equipment is TOP NOTCH! Extremely high quality. Again, you wont find a better facility in the area. Also has a nice mix of old school stuff. Awesome treats, shakes, supplements and healthy meals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Id highly recommend taking a tour. Join the family! You won't regret it 💪.

By far the best gym I've been to in Southwest Florida. This gym has everything from beginners to advance equipment. They even have a supplement shop and make smoothies too. Hoping they have more smash fitness gyms through out Florida soon!!!
