I have been having issues with the golden gate gym for a month and a half with contacting a manager or any employee. But I called once to this gym Bonita and the employee Rose was amazing to work with she helped me right away and I am very thankful for her professionalism and kindness!!

I was really looking forward changing to this gym, because of the amenities advertised; unfortunately carpet in the bathrooms plus really poor hygiene throughout the entire gym and the rusty old machines, or broken equipment, prevented me from it. Hopefully new management who understands what a gym should be like, takes over this decadent place soon.

Good selection of equipment. Pool, sauna, and hot tub are great to have. But for the love of God please call a carpet cleaner for the men's bathroom. In all my days I've never been to a gym locker room that smelled so funky. It just smells so bad.
