Going to zumba classes there for several years Larissa has recently been teaching several times a week and she is excellent. He Iron Mat class is a beautiful cross of yoga &palates strengthing with great core work. Makes me feel good inside & out during & After class. Larissa is a pleasure to dance with smiling and positive. Her cueing is right on and always to the rhythm and beat to her music. She is an asset to our crunch gym for all interested in professional fitness. She is loved by all in our demand for well planed & safe effective fitness. Definitely a keeper for sure. Thank you

Poorly managed gym. Often does not open on time. 2X this week nobody showed up to open the gym.

I like the gym and the classes. But please turn the air down. It's really just too hot for a gym. Guys are sweating so bad, its just gross. We are going to sweat, but it's so stuffy. Please turn ON the tv's. Why have them if they're never on? The Naples crunch has all the tv's on. Jeff at the desk is nice and welcoming. Bebe and Dana teach great zumba.

Hello Stephen, We offer water, electrolyte drinks, pre and post workout drinks and protein shakes. These are all very inexpensive and available in the vending machines in our lobby.
WE DO CORE TRAINING BEYOND THAT CONSTRAINTS OF OTHER PROGRAMS. WE INCLUDE CORE TRAINING AS THE FOUNDATION BUT GO FURTHER IS STRENGTH AND AGILITY TRAINING. ASK TO SPEAK WITH LISA TO EXPLAIN.

I do 3 months and suspend when I leave. You pay a monthly fee like any one else. Also you will pay an equipment maintenance fee of $50 plus once per year .
No punch cards but you can get a free class pass to decide if you want to join the classes ! :-)
Hi Kevin, Normally the registration fee is $ 75, but we have a promotion now for $ 25 for Base memberships and $ 1 for Peak results memberships. The monthly cost ranges from $ 9.95 per month, depending on the type of membership. We will be happy to see you at the club so that you know us and explain in detail Regards!
"Peak" type of membership, have access to multiple Crunch Clubs Otherwise , for a small amount you can upgrade your Base membership and have additional benefits, please check at the club or website
