We have had nothing but positive experiences with Southwest Florida Veterinary Specialists. Our poodle is elderly (almost 18!) and we have had to bring him in on an emergency basis several times. The doctors and staff are wonderful and caring.

I now use this vet exclusively for any ailments that arise for dogs in my care. Staff is kind, attentive, knowledgable, understanding and professional in all aspects. All costs are presented upfront with multiple options of care for emergencies so there are no surprises. Being an emergency vet, you may expect a higher price tag for care, but I have found them very comparable to any regular veterinarian with the added benefit of 24/7 availability. 10/10 will use their services again.

This is the second pet we have had looked after by this clinic. For both dogs they could not have been more caring, concerned and pragmatic. We want what’s best for our beloved dog and they completely understand that. I would not go anywhere else.

The office ZOOLEY is extremely disrespectful, manipulative and dishonest. Not only did she dismiss and not even listen to my complaints about my cat that was just there she then goes on to write notes in the computer about our conversation that were completely false so when I called back they would not put a veterinarian on the phone with me instead I realize they are listening on speaker as I was speaking with the assistant on the phone. That place was a waste of money and actually my cat got more sick after. Also the office manager never gave her region manager my number or their number, like she was desperately trying to avoid my complaining about her to her manager. Either way that is not right and that is not customer service seriously how are these people in the positions they are in considering how terribly miserable they come across. This is an animal hospital! DON'T GO NOT WORTH RISK OR TERRIBLE TREATMENT TO YOUR ANIMAL.

Call vet they will tell you warning signs then it charcoal to get up
There's definitely something wrong. Infection, parasites, heartworm, cancer, tumors, reaction to food or something the dog ate.. could be anything! Call a vet immediately
Not sure. We had multiple tests done on our visit.
Oh my gosh no, why would you want to do that
