Walked in here at 3:05 when they close at 4:00 and was told walk ins stop at 3:00. Had literally just driven across town in the pouring rain with a child from another Quest that was closed for HVAC repairs without notice. Ridiculous customer service. She could have easily let us sign in.

I went today to get some blood work done, when I arrived there was a kiosk so I could do an easy check in, and then I waited until my name was called. The lady put my information in the computer, and when it came time to draw blood, I honestly admitted to her that I was a little nervous, but thankfully she calmed my nerves by telling me not to worry and it would be over before I knew it. It didn’t hurt much, I felt a slight pinch and it was a very quick and easy experience.

No wait. In and out in 8 minutes! Made an appointment a month ago. Sonya had all my information already in her computer so boom, we're done. Best of all, Sonya was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you, Sonya.

Miserable !!!! I don’t want to come back , and The attention was TERRIBLE BAD!! We were waiting for the appointment that we made as a walk in , we fill the info at the computer , we were waiting with 11 months baby , we went 5 minutes around because the baby was crying, when we went back and the lady came out (she is the most arrogant girl that I know, very bad person and he does not mind almost an hour and a half of waiting, she told me come back tomorrow 6am , and she told us if we want to make her work until night or what ? And we were asking just for our turn that was in the screen. She didn’t care about the baby and us that we were waiting. She started yelling saying a lot of things without sense, I was asking why at the call center say : attention is until 3:30 and she said 3 ?? She never answered just yelling and yelling . OMG she ruined my day ( she has an accent like russian or something like that) . We lost our time , our appointment and we had worst service experience!!!
