Towels at all the receptionist told them sorry there isnt any and left them standing there freezing. The next day i went down for breakfast there was no bacon no eggs no anything..so i had to leave for work before any was put out this was at 8am

The Best Western in Morgantown WV is truly the worst Best Western hotel in the USA. I've stayed in hundreds of Best Western Hotels.

I agree as well it was the worst hotel I have stayed at. Rotten fruit stale biscuits and cold crappy eggs. Staff could not care less either. Management should be changed as they are incompetent.
