I an a night shift nurse working at a hospital in Morgantown. When I was deciding where to stay I spoke with manager about late check out because I would get of work at 730 am and would like to nap before driving home. She agreed to 2pm check out. About a month ago I got off and went to bed. I did forget to to placel the ock over the door and was awaken by some one coming to the room. Very upset and distraught I complained to the manager. She assured me that on my reservations it would have late check out. I told the front desk EVERY time I made a reservation late check out but again this morning I am awaken by someone trying to come into the room. Again I expressed my concerns to the general manager. She tried to say I didn't tell them late check out. No empathy or concern and simply did not care how they treated their customer. Who is trying to help their community! Very sad that this is how they treat their night time workers!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were nice, the person that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Where they are located It is close to a lot of different things like, restaurants, shopping, both hospital. Go stay with them. We are going back.

Check in was at 3pm, but our queen suite was dirty when we arrived to check in at 5pm. Website said breakfast was included with our $200.00 per night stay but when we went for breakfast they did a bait and switch and said that it was not included. Michaela said that she would add points to our membership because of the sub par service but again a bait and switch at check out because the employees checking us out said they knew nothing about it.

Definitely hands down would recommend to anyone, also would return if I went back to WVU. The concierge was so helpful polite and amazing. The hotel was clean although at times you could smell cigarette smoke I think it was more coming from the clothes of guests and not so much the actual hotel. Again I'm big on clean and this hotel gave it that. The rooms where comfortable and definitely clean. They don't have complementary breakfast. But they do have hot water and coffee in the lobby. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I cannot comment as I didn't try it for myself.
