Our family were planning on staying here for six nights, but only stayed one night. We found food crumbs in the beds, snott left on the rims of multiple furniture, alliances like the table lamp had busted and broken light bulbs that despite asking for assistance were never fixed. But worse of all is the mold outbreak in the bathrooms on the towels and the peeling walls. The bathroom runs on a central fan system, which might be the reason the fan can't handle the moisture. Overall a very disappointing visit, with many ways to fix the issues. We didn't even get to visit the pool, didn't stay long enough.

We have been staying at these Marriott hotels for years and were surprised that this one passes the Marriott standards. The furnishings are in dire need of being replaced…nicked/chipped tables, a dresser with a broken drawer front, sagging mattresses, dirty carpet and a stained sofa bed. Luckily, we know this isn’t usual for the Marriott brand and we will continue to reserve at these hotels. I hope Morgantown SHS is able make room improvements soon to uphold the Marriott reputation.

Nice location. Lobby is very nice. Rooms/furniture are showing their age. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Could hear kids running in hallways. Also noticed that plumbing was noisy, you could tell when neighboring rooms turned on the water. Minor things. Will probably stay here again.

Average hotel. Could use some updating and a better breakfast. Very basic breakfast buffet but it did the job. Bed was good but suite is laid out strangely. Would stay here again if I was in the area.
