Has anyone EVER lost their ID and Monthly Half-fare pass and spoke with a Go Raleigh Lost & Found representative the SAME day you lost these items?

I lost mine on the 21 Caraleigh bus heading to Downtown, arrived and went to get on 1 Capital, told that driver right then, no bus had left yet because we just got there. The drivers have messed it up for the passengers by misuse of their radios so now they can't communicate with other...? I am an Honorably Discharged Disabled Veteran with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) along with other people with Disabilities, why do we get such a hard time with something so simple? I already know, I just wanted to see what others had to comment about this.
