I have been working with Mobile Computer Services for years now and I would highly recommend them to any dental practice. Kara and his team are extremely professional, reasonably priced and offer a very rapid response time to any need. After all of these years I can honestly say that I have never had any problems getting in touch with someone quickly even during closed hours! My issues, if any arise (they are so on top of things in the background I rarely even need assistance with anything) are always handled within minutes. I have done a complete office build and move with their assistance in the past and they not only helped me plan it all out, made the move and transition of my network a breeze! If you want an IT company that you can trust to get any job done, Mobile Computer Services has my vote!

One of the absolute best business decisions we have ever made in the fifteen years that I have worked for our practice is switching our IT service provider to Mobile Computer Services. We are a large, fast-paced dental practice. Since we have been clients with MCS, glitches and downtime have significantly decreased, and when we do have downtime, it's fixed within minutes of contacting them. If it can’t be done remotely (and it usually can), someone is instantly on their way here to help. We all have been truly blown away by the response time, knowledge, and efficiency that they have brought to our practice. We jokingly call them "The Wizard" because they operate like "the man behind the curtain" in The Wizard of OZ, silently taking care of things behind the scenes. Then, when you call on them for help, they’re “magically” remoting in and solving the problem in minutes. And when needed in person, help is extremely prompt and efficient. The other day we could not get into one of our workstations due to a major software glitch. I sent a message to MCS describing the error message. Before I could even let my coworker know that they would be remotely accessing her station, she let me know that they already had and the issue was fixed. "The Wizard" strikes again! Kara Mason and his team also take true ownership of their work. I have found that they are willing to provide their knowledge and go above and beyond to help in all IT related matters. Nothing is "not their job". There is never a fear of an "expensive month" with a confusing bill because it's a flat monthly rate. The customer service is unsurpassed, to say the least. The peace of mind that has come along with this service is priceless.

I called Curtis recently with what seemed to be a battery issue with my laptop. Lo and behold after basic troubleshooting Curtis was able to identify with precise marksmanship that the issue was my cable. He suggested some reasonable options for replacement and I’ve been up and running since! By far not the most technical issue but what really impressed me was the service! Curtis answered my call on the first ring. Was extremely pleasant throughout the process. I feel if I went through the wrong company I could have easily been taken to the cleaners! Thank you Curtis!
