Over the past 10 years I've bought 3 pairs of jeans from Raleigh Denim Workshop. I normally buy the selvage but this time I just got the oxblood martins with 22% Elasterell. I love the stretch! I had a couple of questions, as always they responded right away, thank you. Great jeans, great company, great customer service.

I loved the Stokes Vidalia Selvage BEFORE I knew their equipment backstory, and now I see them as testimony to an industrial legacy that is authentically American, deeply rooted in our culture and worthy of preservation. Many thanks to the creative entrepreneurs at RDW for elevating the topic of the great American manufacturing machines and the skilled humans behind them. The jeans are both functional and beautifully constructed. Bravo!!

I have not been so disappointed in a large investment, experience, or purchase like this in years maybe ever. After years of thinking there's no way these jeans could be worth it and multiple visits to the store to look at them and getting the sales pitch. I thought you know I should support local, made in America things after all they have a first class guarantee. Also, they must pay their employees very well and provide healthcare. I bought the most expensive, well built white oak cone denim because it's an investment. I was so proud of them, I told everyone I knew how great they were, how well they fit, and they had a great warranty. Then after about a year they split. Unlike many many other brands I've owned. I tried calling. Their phone number is not easy to find and when you do find it it goes to voicemail. I tried calling multiple times during business hours over several days. So, I'd had enough and I drove the hour one way to the store to find out that there is no warranty or guarantee and I was given a piece of extra material and a recommendation for a seamstress in north Raleigh several miles away. Because they don't repair their own products anymore. So, if you're looking for customer service here, it's in the sales department. If you're looking for American made quality and durability from a company that stands behind their products and the customer experience this isn't the place I was led to believe it was.

Flew in from Texas to Rayleigh. I’d been wanting a pair of Rayleigh denim jeans. Sara was working the store on Saturday. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great buying experience, and I got a fantastic pair of jeans. There was an excellent selection of all their products.
