Always miss the important documents and when contacted just reply with a standard they may come late, sometime in the future. If not contact the sender. Lost my irs communication. The mailman routinely marks invalid packages delivered

Getting sick and tired of multiple missing packages being marked as delivered, no one EVER at the phone to find those packages, or finding out they're in a neighbor's locked mailbox unchecked for weeks on end. How hard is it really to double check an address/apartment number?

Wild Thing

This location deserves negative stars. More than once,tracking numbers say packages are delivered when they are NOT. I call to try to get help and the person who answers the phone (after 100 rings) claims she personally followed up with the mail carrier and he says he delivered it! He may have, but not to me! I certainly wouldn't waste my time with this if I received the pkg. Since carrier claimed it was delivered, in their opinion the case was closed and I never received the pkg.

Why do they just say delivery attempted and then make you go pick up packages because they don't feel like delivering them? How has this location not been shut down? They literally don't feel like working so they make you drive over there and pick up packages. They lie and say you request pickups etc. I've never seen anything like this before. Someone needs to investigate what is going on in this place. I live in a complex with parcel lockers and very easy delivery options and these people just straight up refuse to deliver stuff.
