Mail is often not picked up, even with mailbox flag raised resulting in late payment fees on bills.

Very intelligent 🧠 associate. She was extremely knowledgeable. She new what I needed to prove I sent my envelope'💲 off. She had the date stamp, she had the letter seal. Great service at this location!!

It closes at 430 but they actually closed earlier and says "if you aren't on the other side of the gate of 425, too bad". Terrible service. The people themselves provided the bad service and just didn't seem to care.
