No complaints- I needed to forward mail for a family member who passed away. As usual for this location I was treated kindly by the woman who helped me. This is in complete contrast to the grumpy, rude worker I encountered at the Holly Springs location who barked at me about not having the document she wanted me to have versus what the USPS website says I need to have. I find when you treat people like you want to be treated, everyone gets treated better.

I’ve noticed a lot of negative reviews here related to frustrations regarding passports and although I can’t speak to this, this is my second time coming to the post office and have had a good and pleasant experience with ALL staff members even people waiting in line have been friendly with one another. Both times I arrived within 10 to 15 mins of closing and no one has been rude or impolite if anything helpful. Last time the woman who closed the door even let some people come in at 5pm before she closed. So…just dropping this to let them know I’ve appreciated my visits! Update: Came again today (Ive been mailing off clothes I’ve sold on PoshMark and this is a convenient location to stop after work) and I can’t emphasize enough how great and friendly everyone is. Staff updated me that perhaps one individual who may have been a source of the negative reviews is no longer employed there so come pay them a visit for your mailing needs!
