This branch has always got a wait No one working The ones that are there are very lazy and slow . Been a member for 8 yrs or more And They gave me problems about opening my daughters account so they lost her and we went to secu instead. Not to mention why is it only 2 branches and they took forever to get here They will call security and threaten to ban u from the location Theyy

This is about EasyCertificate. You can close early, it is not easy to find out how online. However, you either send them a message online/in-app or go to branch. I will attach the instructions soon. This branch is pretty busy most times though, especially the 11:00-1:00 rush.

It depends on the account. Cause with an active duty account where you getting check from VA you pay I believe 5.00 to have the savings account and active is free.
