Expired debit cards don't get replaced for disabled veteran....thanks SECU for keeping my money from me...I can't get my medication, can't get to medical appointments, nothing. This used to be a good bank. Not sure what happened but they are HORRIBLE PEOPLE NOW.

Sandra Coburn and teller staff should be removed for ethical reason. Fabricated dialog was used to try and restrict my use of the credit union after a issue with a check deposit. Sandra wanted to act like she was protecting me when she actually was manifesting a hearsay event. This is highly unprofessional of a Senior Vice President and should be suspended following investigation and should receive ethics training. Same teller staff required an employee of mine to show her personal pay stub to a teller in order to cash a cashiers check from First Horizon. These people need to learn how to mind their own business and simply do their job.
