The food at this location sucks , it was super salty . The entire restaurant smelled like a restroom. It was rice all over the counter it was just not a good experience

If I could give no stars I would.. Everytime I come to eat at this exact location my rice is always hard & my veggies (green peppers and onions) are always hard. On top of that, customer service here sucks. The lady that was cashiering was very rude. Food isn’t prepared as it should be and also bad customer service! This place needs to do better.

Just go to the Chipotle on Exchange. The team at this one is slow and unorganized, every time I have ordered from here online, there has been an issue with my order, either inconsistent size, or outright wrong order altogether. Received a bowl that was only half-full. They barely put anything in it. The bowls were laid vertically causing it all to spill to one end of the bowl.

We never had a problem either but we had burnt chicken and my grandchild said it was because it was the bottom of the pan.
Say bowl and then follow the queue, employees will ask you what you want like brown rice or white rice, which protein or meat you need in your bowl.. etc
