Wow, the service and cleanliness here is immaculate. Usually most USPS are very crowded and unfriendly but this one is like a ray of pure sunshine. Appreciate all the workers here!

Worst experience ever. Went to look for a package took them 10 minutes to come back and say they are calling the driver of our route. Told them I already spoke to him but they still called him and had me waiting for almost an hour. The absolute worst Post office in all of Raleigh

The guys that work up front are so nice and provide great customer service but the woman has been rude to me every time I've gone in.

I've always had good service at this location, though I've only used it to mail letters and packages. Terry is excellent and great to work with.

Place a work order with your PO Branch to change the lock or remake your key
Ist the F UPSP govt system what else do you expect
You can set up a forwarding address at the USPS website. This is an automated system that will forward your mail to your new address for 6 months. This allows you Time to switch your address on file for all of the services you require. The post office is very busy and they usually do not answer the phone. To contact by phone, you should call the Post office 1-800 number.
Yes go to your zip code post office and they will take the order for one..$15 and you will get three keys. it usually take three business days to come back. And bring your ID that match the address
You are most likely right
Yes they can. However, they must get approval by your postmaster firat.
Avent Ferry IS open today... window services are available and us carriers are out delivering...

Well generally when you haven't received mail in a while you'd contact your local post office. Call or go to any post office explain the situation and they'll help you. Thats the best way to find out whats going on. There's also a service they offer now that allows you to see whats coming to you address. Hope this helps.
