Ever wonder why the US postal system hemorrhages billions of taxpayer money annually? Get in a semi truck and ride with the driver to this place. Or any other, doesn't quite matter they all operate the same. Backwards. I can have 30 deliveries to different manufacturers, companies, etc with nary a problem but if the next is a US post office there's bound to be one there. Everytime it is something different with these folks, from arriving early to whatever attire I happen to have on. Doesn't matter they always seem to find a way to slow a process down. You should care. It's your tax money being thrown away here.

Went to this location to ship a package and a passport appointment. Package shipping was fast and employee was very helpful. Passport appointment was super easy and all of the staff was very nice and helpful about making sure we had all appropriate documentation. Joe was very personable while he reviewed everything!

The worst facility ever. Do not trust this postal service. My gift card has been stolen in this facility. This is very bad and unprofessional service. They don't do their job properly. If l could give usps of Floretta (Raleigh) Zero star l would.
