I went here yesterday and I’m a woman of color but these three black women that work at this location are so EVIL,HATEFUL AND MISERABLE the way that they talk to customers there are just disrespectful sure we are in need of staff short of staff everywhere but there’s no need to talk and treat people the way they do I hope I never have to go back in this location ever again 😫😫😫😩😩😩😩☹️☹️☹️☹️😔

The are forwarding my mail to some random address in Florida that my parents lived at for a few months while traveling. They have received calls from corporate telling them to deliver my mail and I still don't get it. Charged late fees with NC Quick pass because of it! I also never received my registration notification for my car! Thankfully I keep track of that and remembered on my own. I have tried calling them but NO ONE answers the phone!

I have had nothing but trouble receiving my packages from this post office. Their carrier decided on their own to stop delivering packages to my door and holds them at the post office for me to pick up. I have spoken to the supervisor or manager many times to have my packages dropped at my door, yet months later I'm still having issues. It does no good to call her again because she always gets an attitude and tells me she'll talk to the carrier. And yet I'm still having issues months later. Having to deal with this has impacted my work and has also caused me to cancel plans for going out of town. Absolutely infuriating. On a positive note, the lady who always calls me when I open an investigation on my package is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and professional. The ladies at the counter are usually friendly, helpful, and professional too.

You should call the post office where you mailed it. I wouldn't wait any longer in case they have a time period before discarding a package.
Keep your tracking information with you. Contact the post office and relate your story. Given the current health crisis worldwide the US gov't/USPS might have something in place to help.

No. Your mail carrier delivers out of Hilburn station but there is no retail window. To pick up packages and certified mail you go to 1 floretta place and use the retail window there unless there is a note specifically stating it is at the Hilburn office.
You can do your change of address online for $1. at USPS.com
Easy fix. That mail that isnt yours goes back. Your carrier will take it. Delay packages happen often. Call the office with your tracking # and ask for a supervisor to help. Sorry to say it but they have experience in finding lost and delayed packages.

You have to put in a request to have your mail held by your carrier. You can go online to usps.com, you can leave a yellow hold card in your mailbox (available in most post office lobbies), or you can leave a note (with your name, address, day to start holding the mail and the end date) in your mailbox. Make sure to specify wether you will pick up your mail from the post office or if you want it delivered on the day you chose. Holds can be between 3-30 days. If you need longer than 30 days I recommend talking to your mail carrier.
I would call to ask them to be a 100%. That way if you do you can make the appointment while you on the line with them.
It's can be caused by a number of factors, ie. where you are located on the route, the volume of mail that day, regular carrier or substitute, overburdened route, did your carrier have to help another carrier, etc. There us no guaranteed delivery time unless it is express mail.
