They are blatantly lying, they make claims that are completely false making up facts that entirely fantasy. This route in particular, the 15L Connector that goes to Capital Blvd and Walmart on New Bern Ave, literally does not show up AT ALL. You check the Transloc app to see where the bus is located and the map shows nothing. No bus, nothing, completely blank. The bus from the previous time slot is operational, the one after this time slot is operational but yet strangely this specific one doesn't even run. This has happened dozens of times, about once or twice a month on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturday nights. Yes, I absolutely called the GoRaleigh office and they blatantly lie saying "oh yes, the bus did run. It was at that stop. It was there at (blank) time." When it NEVER even showed up. No stop, none of them, the route didn't run at all. The passenger would be there up to 15-20 minutes early, if it were running early they would've seen it. The office representatives are not interested in simply making sure they do their jobs sticking to their OWN schedules. What's the excuse, is there a driver shortage? Ok, and I'm pretty sure that's not the passengers' fault. What's the passenger supposed to do, pay for an Uber or Lyft out of pocket? Who's going to pay for that? I could go on, but I'll keep it there. This is unacceptable, and it needs to be resolved. Now. We need serious, legitimate leadership. This is pathetic.

I commute by bike/GoRaleigh two or three times a week. The new buses are great and have wifi. Use the transit tab in Google Maps to plan your trip. The TransLoc Rider app also has live bus tracking.

I like riding the bus, but at times I do wish that the driver's could be a little more time efficient. They WILL make you late for work, so you should leave as early as possible. They are supposed to be on a schedule but will spend extra time conversating with their co-workers. The buses could use a thorough cleaning and I also think that they should service more areas than they do. It's just an inconvenience when you want to move or are looking for employment, and are so limited because you don't drive and the buses don't run everywhere. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

This is the worst bus system ever. Giving it a 1 star is still way too high. The buses are rarely on time, the drivers are rude, and the information staff firmly believes that you are to blame. If you are ever forced to deal with this God forsaken garbage, plan on leaving hours before you're supposed to. If you have transfer buses, good luck. They've never been able to make it on time, despite what they say about their own record.
