They do. They cannot accommodate the hundreds of animals that come in and when they get full, they euthanize. Its how it is in many high pet population counties.
Some of the info is inaccurate. Kittens and puppies end up in the foster program. I foster for them, and they try their very best to prevent unnecessary deaths.
They work with rescues all over the state and country to get the animals out and they are working for no kill in 2019 I believe
Coming from first hand experience, yes they do euthanize. If nobody shows interest, that animal has got little time.
