I think they provide that service for animals that are being adopted out but i dont believe it is a service they normally offer in general
They won’t even take cats in that aren’t dying. Kern county considers cats “free roaming animals.”
Yes, if you live in the county jurisdiction help is available. A high percentage of spays are done on pregnant cats and dogs, as well. That way the MOTHER can be saved by people who can not afford to provide for a litter of babies, too If you live in city limits, call city AC because they have help for spay neuter too.
