Had a run in with two people that represent this organization in the McDonald's drive thru. The driver stops past where they hand you the food blocking others in the drive thru line. I let them know there were multiple parking stalls where they could stop in. The passenger responds with just "drive around then". If this is how some of these patrons represent their organization I don't know how they still manage to be around. I usually don't let people ruin my day, but man I wasn't even trying to be rude. God bless they entitled souls.

I hope this time around they actually find me cuz last time I almost froze to death waiting at the church my body temperature went to 93.8 two more degrees down I would have been dead and it said that I wasn't out there when they were looking for me well I'm at beach park now waiting I pray and hope that they do come and help after they received a referral I've been homeless for 24 years or 24 to 26 so thank you for the ministries

It is great working at Flood. We all help one another out to give our Clients the best! Love the teamwork. Everyone here actually cares.

I really do need assistance.
why dont you answer this person FLOOD?
Dial 211 from your phone.
I am not familiar with the current market.
Start looking and checking with people that may have went through the program.
That statement doesn't make any sense.
Yes
Yes they do. But there are steps that you must take before you can get housing assistance from Flood Ministries.
They are mad because it's a hard job and when they have to do stuff they get mad
Flood is temporarily housing at the Navigation Center on M St. I would contact Flood Ministries. My brother actually works in homeless outreach at Flood
Flood ministries can help but you have to go through 211
No but they can help with other food banks....like The Mission or Catholic Charities. You can help yourself get a food box or even food boxes. Go onto the capk, (Community Action Partnership of Kern County) website. Go to the icon that says 211 and click on the 🍎. There you will find a lot of local food banks that gives away food boxes.
They may point you in the right direction, but they help with housing for the homeless while your there you might check with the housing authority in the same building
