A bird flew down our chimeney and is stuck in the fireplace. Who do we get to remove it? Please advise, thank you!

Call the fire department because they are better equiped to handle that type of problem. Is the bird still alive?

Call Animal Control and if they won't come out ask them who will.

I would definitely try animal control and fire department

Unfortunately, and tragically, the fire departments, city & country, including animal services will NOT come out to rescue any animal caught in a chimney. A couple years ago a kitten got stuck in a friend's chimney and died there because the fire department would not come and help!
