I have 2 dogs that have been aroung my house for more than a week already they do a mess in my house if i go turn them in would i have to pay?

You do not have to pay, but you do have to be in city limits if you live in county limits you have to take them to a different shelter

If they are strays, you will not have to pay. Just be sure you are in the city limits. If not you will have to take them to the county shelter.
