Bring your vaccination card with you. They are required to have all vaccines (3 doses for Pfizer and Moderna, 2 doses for J&J). They will ask for ID to match the name and you are required to wear Mask.
Well if you have your vaccination card you would show that along with your ID and if you don't have a vaccine card we have on site testing
