I've talked with Ron from Neptune Society on and off for a couple of months. I reached out to see if he could help find and then transfer some of my father's remains into a new urn. The original urn is being given to my grandfather. Ron was very helpful and sent me different catalogs to look at online and provided many suggestions and helpful information. Once I received the urn he graciously transferred some of the remains with care and respect. So so so happy that he made this easy for me and was very grateful for his help. Definitely great service and care. Thank you!!!

I really Love how Neptune Society took care of my Mom. They have so many Nice , highly trained Employees, that knew how to make me feel comfortable , about someone else, taking care of her. They offered so much, and even provided services that I didn't even pay for. After any conversation I had, on the phone or in Person, with Melanie, Myra, Esperanza and Ron, made me feel like my Mom Really was in Heaven !!!!! , I Really Appreciate Having You In Our Lives !!!!! Melanie at the Neptune Society made this difficult time much easier. She was professional, respectful and very kind letting me tell her some stories about my dad. She laughed at the funny stories and really made me feel like she cared about her client (my dad). My dad made the right choice on the company responsible for his final wish. My mother Dixie had everything already set up with Neptune. After her passing, Neptune Society called me to advise me of the process they were going to do. Neptune Society kept me informed of the process and followed my mother's wishes, along with mine. As the remains were sent to me, they were carefully packaged with dignity and care.
