absolutely do that!!! ive read tons of reviews since that happened to me (shouldve done that beforehand) and maybe 3 percent have been positive. the rest say they got robbed basically!! they need to be reported and shut down.. BE PROACTIVE IF THEY HAVE RIPPED YOU OFF PEOPLE! dont let them get away with that!
I ordered on Nov 29th got half my order. On the packing slip three bottles have RF circled. But I haven't gotten a refund. I've emailed several times and have been calling then but no one will answer.
