So......the latest.....now they have stopped selling every style that I need for work. Not a sales associate in sight. So, I can't even say the service makes up for the outrageous prices. I came after having a disappointing trip a few months thinking that I should give it another try. Nope!So, I have to stand by my previous comments: They can't really sell themselves as an "outlet" location. I understand that prices have risen for all industries, but this store used to offer fantastic promotions. Now, they mark something down from $75 to $67 and put it on the clearance rack? And I don't want to save a few dollars by joining a "club". If you want repeat customers, create more value!

I buy skechers shoes here before. Today I came again for new shoes. I got warm welcome from employees, everyone was so nice, from Alondra manager, luiesa, Miguel... they showed me the clearance shoes area, so I bought 2 pairs of shoes. I love to shop here 😀

This place has a huge selection. But it is not an outlet. There are no special deals or prices. Everything is regular retail. I've been to other stores that are not labeled "outlet" and they have the same selection.

If you think there are deals here because it has outlet in the title you'd be wrong. Didn't find much that was priced under retail. Ended up buying what I was looking for through Costco (skechers loafers to replace a much loved pair) at $25 less than they had them in this store. Love skechers shoes but no bargins here.
