This is by far the best bike shop in California. I went here on a recommendation from a friend who purchased a Pinarello Dogma from East West Bike (ERIC) and from the very beginning I was blown away by ERIC . ERIC is a top notch guy, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and very professional. ERIC have great expertise on high very high end bike. I would highly recommend East West Bikes for any high end bike or components need. Thank you so much East West Bikes 🚴🚴🚴

Super rude and condescending employees. Talk down to you if you don't have a $7000 road bike. Asked for brake calipers on my hybrid commuter and it seemed to bother him that I was interrupting his conversation with another coworker and then told me they only work on road bikes and I should go look somewhere else. These are the people that give cyclists the rep of being snobby and pretentious.

Eric is extremely knowledge and they have all the nice bikes we want. Best local bike shop for complete bikes, parts and service! The only shop i take my Pinarello F10 to get serviced 💎💎💎💎💎

While the guys at Bannings initially appeared helpful in offering to add a part I needed to their order, they didn't bother to send the order out. I was told to come back on Monday which is not easy for me since I do not live in the area at which point they told me I would need to come back again on Wednesday. Good selection of euro import bikes but also a bit on the pricey side.

Yes, they are a full service shop with experienced mechanics to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance / tune-ups.
