I went here on a recommendation from a friend who purchased a Pinarello Dogma from East West Bike (ERIC) and from the very beginning I was blown away by ERIC . Super rude and condescending employees. Talk down to you if you don't have a $7000 road bike. Asked for brake calipers on my hybrid commuter and it seemed to bother him that I was interrupting his conversation with another coworker and then told me they only work on road bikes and I should go look somewhere else. These are the people that give cyclists the rep of being snobby and pretentious.

While the guys at Bannings initially appeared helpful in offering to add a part I needed to their order, they didn't bother to send the order out. I was told to come back on Monday which is not easy for me since I do not live in the area at which point they told me I would need to come back again on Wednesday. Good selection of euro import bikes but also a bit on the pricey side.
