These people should NOT be in business. They kept $1300 because I booked the wrong property. Called after 3 hours of booking and 5 days pior to arrival and the owner and his wife did not want to hear it, they just wanted to keep the money. DON’T GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS

Terry’s rental options are all star. There’s plenty of room , our unit was freshly refurbished, had a washer, dryer, and plenty of beach items from a wagon to chairs. We were in need of one item that was not working properly and the owner replaced it before we even got back from our morning outing which is outstanding! Communication from rental firm to renter are top notch & keyless access a total bonus and not common so this is a big deal! We loved that we had 2 parking spaces and very easy access to the beach. The beach was white sand, plush and really warm water especially during January. This rental was close to wicked cantina and Cortez bridge making it fast and easy to find food and get across the island with minimal traffic since the bridge is so close!! The only thing we would have liked in addition to our amenities was a safe but that is hardly a deal breaker, just a thought. We are coming back and staying with this brand again because we were able to peruse many locations and by far this offers many advantages from parking to great beach location shared with a nearby resort.

This place is fun, relaxing and can be expensive. But it is a nice place to visit and enjoy the beaches and local restaurants. Would recommend and come again.

The app was really helpful. The process went well too. Just wished they would've known answers about house providing beach towels and hair dryers. They had both, but we brought them. It's helpful if rental companies can tell us when we are flying. But, other than that, things went great, staff was very professional and prompt! We loved the house!
