I had my hesitations about visiting the clinic from reading the reviews, however, I'd just like to counter that and say that my experience with Allison Toy was great. She was clear, articulate and really pleasant. She was very kind and sweet during my medical check up and I actually prefer her to my previously assigned practitioner. The nurse assistant was very upbeat and friendly too. Thank You for making the trip a pleasant experience xoxo

This clinic needs a serious review of medical practices. The NP, Alison Toy, is very rude and should undergo serious sensitivity and clinical training. I had a terrible experience at this clinic and I hope others don't have to receive the same bad care that I received. This clinic has less than 3 stars for a reason.

It would have been great that there is a clinic that accepts Kaiser in this area, since the closest Kaiser urgent care center is a bit of a drive. This seemed like a great option. They had an open appointment when we arrived, so I was hopeful. However, my daughter and I just returned from the clinic one copay poorer with nothing to show for it. She has a post-cold ear infection, which is common for her, but the nurse practitioner (no doctor on site) could not see it past the wax in her ear canal so she did nothing for her aside from offer to remove the wax, then refuse a moment later. This would be more acceptable if I couldn't see that her ear canal is red using a flashlight! No ear drops, no meds, nothing. Waste of time and money.

There's NO DOCTOR in the clinic, they don't tell you that till the nurse is ready to leave the examination room. She let's you know as she clsses the door. the "nurse practitioner" is no help. During mi visit it felt no different than talking to my neighbor about my cold. She can only prescribe you medicatios that are similar to over the counter version. Don't think I will go there again. 😞
