I was having issues with some of my keyboard keys not working, Evan was able to get the part in a timely manner and get it replace quickly and professionally and checked in after a while to make sure that there were no problems after the fact. 100% would recommend.

I took an old, poorly built(me) PC in and he not only fixed the original issue, but also cleaned up the inside and rebuild the backplate from the ground up. He also upgraded my pc to water cooling, I just had to buy the part. Will definitely go in again if I have issues in the future

Absolute WORST place to get a computer. Had nothing but problems with the owner. The computer I bought from him had several problems and when I went for warranty work. He charged me more money for items that needed replaced. When a deal we did went sour, he turned into a raving lunatic. Came at me with a golf club and hit my truck with it several times. Very unprofessional place of business, smelled strongly of marijuana every time I went there. If you're looking for ANY computer work, stay FAR AWAY from this freak. Honestly the WORSE experience I have ever had. If I could get all my money back from this crook, I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRUITT PC SOLUTIONS, you WILL likely regret it.

I belive that shopping local is the way to go. Imagine shopping locally and getting a great price! Ever since the demise of Radio Shack, may you rest in peace, having the ability to go to a small electronics shop seemed like an almost forgotten dream. Call Pruitt, he is very knowledgeable and will remember your name...or don't...go to BestBuy and wait an hour just to talk to someone who has to look up your issue on Google before being able to assist you. Thanks for the SSD drive, you guys rock!
